My husband love the gift. It was bigger than I thought it was,very nice craftsmanship.

Well after several months and multiple emails with NO reply’s I final received this item. I do like it and glad it got here before Christmas. Just don’t understand the non customer service. Anyway the item is nice and will be a great gift

A little on the thick side but otherwise ok. They could eliminate the handle cut-outs on the bottom as I don't think anyone would actually cut on the etched side.

Purchased as a gift, I am excited to see the recipient's reaction and enjoy the BBQ that will be served with it!

I have ordered from Personalization Mall several times in the past and have never been disappointed. The 1st of these I received had the wrong name and message on it. BUT customer service was wonderful and had a new one ordered and delivered within 5 weekdays! The replacement is correct, but the etchings are pretty much the same color as the board. There is very little distinction and it's actually a little hard to read! (The 1st/wrong one had a LOT more contrast and is much prettier.) So I have to say it's ok, but a bit disappointing since the pictures on-line and the contrast on the 1st one received were so much better. Hoping the etching darkens a bit with age. Other than that, it's exactly as described and seems to be a good quality bamboo board.

Good quality of material. The printing is a little lighter than I expected, on the website the details are darker and more visible. On the product received it’s a little faded.

Ordered 2 boards. One came out nice with dark readable imprint. The second you could see the carved name but there was no burning to area to read the name. Very disappointed

The wood quality is great, but the writing is hardly visible, which is why I gave it a 2 star. I asked if I could get a replacement and was told that it might turn out the same way, so I chose to get credit (which was the only other option given to me) and ordered a different cutting board.

The printing on this cutting board is very hard to see; its the same color as the board itself, like no stain used. Board is nice size and decent wood but won’t recommend. Sorry no pic, can’t get it to upload.

Hopefully my order will arrive soon and will be exceptional. Until then, all I can say is...here's hoping

I would love to give this item a 5 star as the engraving was perfect and was an awesome Christmas gift for my husband this year. Unfortunately, the first time he put it to use to display a tri tip he cooked for New Year a crack started to form down the middle.

Too light to read the photo makes it look better than it actually is. I was approved for a replacement never received one!! Disappointed terribly
