This was a perfect new mug mug. The picture was crystal clear.
The customer service was excellent; the first mug came broken but they turned it around shipped a perfect one in two days!

Purchased this cup as a Christmas present and filled the inside with an assortment of candy. Needless to say, the recipient absolutely loved it. Very happy with this purchase.

We losses our mom May 31 this year. So it was the family first Christmas without her. I decided to give a gift that would last forever. This was the best gift ever.

This mug is well made with a good weight. The personalization turned out great! An option to add the year with the picture would be awesome! I ordered this as a gift for my daughter and she loved it!
