The cup is great thick glass, great for hot chocolate. The only thing is I wish the names were bigger. The lettering is done great it’s just small is why I didn’t give it 5 stars

This was a bigger coffee cup than I thought, ok with me because it's going to a coffee hound. Very professional looking, and of high quality. I have ordered from PM for the last 4 years and have not had a gift I was ashamed to give. Great job PM

Came as expected. Nice heavy glass. Writing looks good.

Quality was good, but I thought the etching would be a bit larger. Perhaps next time a different font should be used.

The glass mug was great quality however the name printed on the mug was very light and you could barely read it.
