I ordered the Heaven in our home engraved hurricane candle holder for a friend . The item was damaged when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent the replacement at no cost to me. Excellent service and I am very satisfied with the company and the product. I wanted to get my friend a gift since her father passed away. I was a little skeptical when I ordered this as I wasn't 100% sure on the size of it or how it would turn out, but I was totally impressed! I do agree with some reviewers in that it would be nice if the sketching of the words were a little darker so you can read it farther away, but I would not hesitate to buy another one. I did get the candle that was shown in the picture with it, and I did add some rocks in as well. I sure hope they keep this around, as I will definitely be buying another again in the future.

I purchased 2 of these for my nieces (27 & 26 years old). Their father died suddenly and they had to fly in from out of state. I placed my order on 12/24 and they were delivered on 12/29.
