The candle holder is lovely. It was larger than I expected. My suggestion would be to include a battery operated candle. The bottom of holder is narrow so you must have a candle that will fit holder.

The engraved hurricane candle holder is of nice quality. The only thing I’m not too pleased with is the engraving is hard to see. It’s so lite and really doesn’t show up even with the candle. You really can’t see it at all. For it to really show up you have to fill the candle holder with something dark like dark tissue paper.

First one was broke and not delivered on time after I payed $17.95 for shipping. And delivered to a UPS store not my house. Second one had wrong name engraved. Third one was correct finally after a lot of calls to customer service. They were helpful and nice . Just very aggravating when it’s for Xmas and you go thru this. Probably won’t order again.

Felt it was too busy and very hard to read.

The quality is there for the candle holder. I just wish the engraving was easier to read. The letters blend into the glass. They should think about tinting the letters or the glass. We had to hold it up and keep tilting it to try to read the engraving, that was disappointing.

The glass is much larger than expected!

The holder sits on a fireplace mantle with a white background, which washes out the etching on it's face. The sales photo had a dark background which illuminated more of the etching on the front.

Both picture of glass memorial dome and picture ofcandle are displayed with stones around candle and bottom of dome. Ordered both items no stones included

I bought this for a co-worker whose daughter passed away 2 years ago. So disappointed. The customer service rep Chervon however is 5 stars worthy. Lovely woman who helped save my disappointment.

The writing is so light you can hardly make out what it says. I am very dissatisfied with it. It was supposed to be a gift now I'm not to sure.

Mine had a bubble near the lettering. INFERIOR QUALITY !
Company will not replace or compensate in any way !
