5 Star Customer Service! I am a dog walker, so I purchased these ornaments as gifts for my clients. FedEx stated that they'd delivered them to my downtown apartment building, but I never received them. I called the company and spoke to a very friendly and helpful person. Not only did she place a second order of my ornaments, but she expedited the shipping. I did finally receive them and they are lovely. They are a great size and the artwork is great! I know my pet owners will love them. I highly recommend working with this company!

Adding our new pup to the tree! We rescued this beautiful dog in January and this will be her first Christmas with us.
