I would give it five stars except that the picture on the ornament was a little fuzzy - not sharp like the photo I sent in to personalize it - rather like it was a bit out of focus and that was disappointing. Cute otherwise.

I notified personalization mall and they sent me a new one that was absolutely perfect. This ornament is a little heavy but it’s beautiful!????

BELOVED PET ORNAMENT By Shopper (Pearland, TX) - February 4, 2020 This is my friend's pet and when she sent me this picture of her dog, I decided to have it made into a Christmas ornament. Choices: 2+ inches shiny surface and 3+inches matte. I'm not real pleased with matte finish because the colors in the carpet were different (darker) and one of the dog's eyes isn't very visible. Yet, I didn't want an ornament that was not at least 3-plus inches. Color a little disappointing.

Good quality Love the idea, good quality product. Timely receipt of the item. Only problem was that the photo preview was much lighter than what I received, which made it hard to see (black dog). I would have chosen a different photo if the preview reflected that.

Great product Overall, the quality of the product is fantastic, and I would definitely order from here again. My only complaint is that they created the hole to hang the ornament on the face on my picture. When creating it, I had no idea that’s where it would line up. It would have been nice to have the picture slightly rotated or lowered so that there wouldn’t be a hole on my dog’s head and distract from the picture. Other than that- very pleased!

Pick something other than wood By Shopper (Tolland, CT) - December 3, 2019 I ordered the wood ornament as a Christmas present. The quality on the wood is actually pretty terrible even when the picture was pretty great quality. Wish I would have gotten the matte or another ornament.

Cute Ornament Loved the concept and the ornament overall, however unlike the other things I ordered, the color of my boyfriends dog came out more yellow and slightly off color. Still cute, but not to color as shown in the preview.

Didn't meet expectations By Shopper (Fairview park, OH) - December 2, 2017 I got this and another ornament for my husband for Christmas. our dog passed away back in March,so I wanted to give him something from her. Well it came and the picture quality is not the greatest it is pretty blurry. It could be do to the material the ornament is made of, but I am not to impressed with it.

Horrible Can’t even see the Dog!!!! Blurry and dark

Very disappointed with this order! I am extremely dissatisfied with this ornament. The packaging has a small picture of what the ornament should have looked like, the lighting on my picture isn’ t too dark and it shows my dogs full head on the picture order insert. What I got as a finished product on the actual ornament was not at all the same. Instead it has my dogs ears cropped out and the photo is so dark that you cant even tell there’s a picture of a dog on it, instead it looks like it was colored over with a black markingpen

Way too dark and blurry I've always had exceptional service from this company, until I ordered two of these ornaments. Both included a photo of my dogs, and the photos submitted were lit very well with enough light. But the printed versions came out dark and blurry. One of them, you cannot even see the dog in the picture because of the bad quality. I'm sadly disappointed with this one.
