Can’t even see the Dog!!!! Blurry and dark

I am extremely dissatisfied with this ornament. The packaging has a small picture of what the ornament should have looked like, the lighting on my picture isn’ t too dark and it shows my dogs full head on the picture order insert. What I got as a finished product on the actual ornament was not at all the same. Instead it has my dogs ears cropped out and the photo is so dark that you cant even tell there’s a picture of a dog on it, instead it looks like it was colored over with a black markingpen

I've always had exceptional service from this company, until I ordered two of these ornaments. Both included a photo of my dogs, and the photos submitted were lit very well with enough light. But the printed versions came out dark and blurry. One of them, you cannot even see the dog in the picture because of the bad quality. I'm sadly disappointed with this one.
