Great Customer Service Ordered the ornament and it come out too dark, as the background overpowered the dog. Called customer service and they asked for a picture of the ornament. We sent it with a revised edited picture to lighten the background and the result was a great ornament. Company replaced with no charge and shipped within 72 hours of receiving our info. Couldn't be happier.
