Nice mug. Personalized well. The only thing that surprised me was that it is a bit smaller than I expected. I guess I was just expecting a large size mug. Should have read the description a little better. For a mans hand...it is a little small. Otherwise...nicely done.

We love Christmas cups they go in my daughters stocking every year if there is a new one. This Mom had a brain lapse and forgot to include the year on this one but nothing a little permanent marker on the bottom of the cup couldn’t fix! Lol we just love these personalized Christmas cups!!

This mug is a gift for a friend who lost her mom earlier this year. I know as she goes through the "firsts", especially the holiday season, it will be a difficult time for her. I hope this sweet mug will bring some comfort. I chose the red coloring because it was her mom's favorite color. The mug is heavy for its size, well-made with a thick coating, is heavy and durable.The snowgirl's face, bow and coal smile are clearly imprinted, no smudges.

Loved this mug - Ordered 3. Only issue is if the name you put on the mug is only 3 letters the smile is small. would like the ability to add black dots on either side to make a better smile.

The name is too small of a print

The name is too little of a print to read,,,,should be a lot larger on the name!

The item is adorable and colors are great. The weight of the mug is perfect. The letters in the smile are a little small otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

The mug is kind of cute but the spacing of the letters for the mouth is odd. The cup is also thin so ot gets a little too hot to hold when you first pour in coffee.

Cute idea, and certainly I will give these to the intended recipient, but when sending to a teacher, you use Mrs. Whomever, Mr. Whomever. The personalization leaves an entire large space for the period after Mrs. so it looks weird. Just something to think about. Just leave out the period if there is no way to change the spacing would be my suggestion. I do a lot of graphic art and I get it is hard on some of the things to figure that out. So just a helpful comment I hope. :)

The child has a 3 letter name, the snowman smile should have centered it, but only put 3 coal letters on it, instead of 5. It looks stupid.

This product is just OK. I was expecting it to be much nicer. The writing of the name is extremely small. You can barely read it
