Had high hopes for this one. Cute design, but print is blurry-low quality.

Love the ornament, but has a small scratch on it at the bottom. So, you can see white paint through the red. But other than that, I'm very happy with it.

This year I ordered this ornament for 2 of my girlfriend's babies. It came out so blurry. I ordered it the last two years for my own babies & it turned out great!! I was so disappointed.

I’ve always been happy all my purchases but I wasn’t as happy with this ornament. The blue is so light that it looks washed-out with the white writing :-/ Disappointed as this is was my son’s 1st Christmas ornament.

While it is a very cute idea and it’s a nice piece, the font on each side is blurry — Not solid lines. I wish it were a little more crisp with the lines.

I have ordered quite a few ornaments from P Mall over the years and this is the first one that I was disappointed in. I wish that the message would have been more centered on the heart - the letters on the child's name are running slightly over the edge. I am not including a preview photo from my order as it does not look the same as the item that I received and I am unable to upload an actual photo of it.

Item was received in a timely matter but the quality was awful. Very blurry and hard to read.

I ordered this last year for my new grandson in a glossy and I loved it. I tried to order several of them again this year, and I could only find it in the matte finish. I’m very disappointed with the matte finish. It looks like it’s made out of doe or something. I ended up going back in and duplicating my order from last year and changing the personalization. I’m very disappointed I didn’t have the glossy option when I search for it and had to manipulate the system to get it. Wasted a lot of $.

I was very disappointed in this ornament the lettering is yellowish instead of white.The overall look is blurry and cheap.I would not recommend this ornament.

This ornament is nice, but not amazing! It looks cheap to me for the price you pay.

i was very disappointed in the quality of this ornament. It is very hard to see the printing on the backside grey part and the wood seems very cheap. not at all what I am used to getting from personalization mall since I order ornaments every Christmas and many other items throughout the year.

It is hard to read the writing on the ornament, It is very light and I was disappointed with the product.

Very cute ornament but the letters in white are so faded, you really have to look closely to see it. It may also be because the background colors are so light that it doesn't give enough contrast for the white lettering to properly show. The picture shown on the website is a bit misleading as far as how clear it is.

I ordered this for a friend for Christmas in the pink. I wasn’t impressed. It was just ok- I should’ve gotten something else.

The quality seems good and the heart is perfect for a child's first Christmans however the baby's name is very small and not in bold letters. Disappointed that i can barely read her name...:(

I received my item and the side that says my first Christmas was blank. I emailed customer service and have yet to get a response

Black stop on the front of the ornament. Should of never be shipped. Who ever package it should of seen it. I was very disappointed.

I mean my picture should say it all. Not the greatest quality and however they printed the image on the ornament was horrible... somebody else’s face was printed on the ornament and there wasn’t even supposed to be any faces. I will say I asked for a refund and sent in the pictures of the ornaments and they refunded me quickly.

I bought this for my girlfriend who just had her 2nd son. The writing on this is so hard to read and see, I am not happy with it. The pictures on the website show the writing as very clear and legible, the one I received is too blurry and glossy.
