I am very very Happy with my purchase of this beautiful tote. This is the second one I have ordered as a gift. Both were for my daughters. Nice and big and roomy bag.As always great merchandise from personalization Mall. Great people to work with. If you have a problem call them they will work with you. Don't complain on here if you don't like your product. Make a call and resolve the problem.

I am not fond of how the letters are so close. Yet I love the size of the bag and the look overall. It will hold everything I need for a day at the pool

There is no closer on this. If it stated it didn’t I didn’t see it. Bit I think she liked it. She didn’t like the fact that thread went across to the next letters.

It turned up being bigger than I thought but the name was spelled correctly and looked just the way I ordered it
