They are nice, no doubt about that, but a little disappointed that the photo process resulted in a much darker image than was submitted. Wish there was a production review procedure that could notice these things and make appropriate adjustments before sending finished product.

Photo ornament I’m giving this 4* because the product is great ! But I have placed 3-4 orders in the last few months -and when this one came in, to my disappointment, all the ornaments I purchased as gifts had no burgundy pouch that you have always included which made a nice presentation. I was really upset ! Then I called customer service , thinking it must just be an oversight, but no…sadly now you want $1.99 for each pouch . Mind you -just less than a month ago I ordered some and the pouch was included .

custom ornament. Very nice although edges of ornament came with black residue on the edges. I had to carefully clean with a sponge as to not ruin photo printed. overall, nice gift and would buy again.

Very nice The ornaments are beautiful. A very nice way to have cherished memories close at hand for the holidays. The photo quality looks great. My only concern is that it is very difficult to read the font. I can hardly tell what some of the numbers and letters are.

Nice double-sided personalized ornament I ordered the 2-sided personalized ornament and overall it came out nicely. The colors were a little muted and the writing looked a little like an ink-jet (not terrible, but just a little choppier than I expected). But for the price and the size of the ornament and being able to add photos etc, it was still a good deal and I would purchase again.

Nice as always I have ordered many ornaments from Personalization mall and have never been disappointed. The photo printed on this one had a few faint lines on it but not exactly sure why but still pleased with the quality. The order was processed and delivered very quickly, even with the standard delivery option.

Thing I didn’t like Happy with ornament only thing is would rather pictures be a little smaller so hole is through top heads on pictures.

Solid choise I ordered 12 of these as gifts for siblings and family after my Mom passed as a fun way to remember her using a great photo her dad took of my Mom in front of their Christmas tree in 1940. The ornament is a solid choice and the materials are nice. The old photo transferred to it beautifully and cannot wait to pass them out. I had a few problems with the original shipment which was promptly taken care of after submitting photos of the problem pieces.

Xmas ornament By Shopper (Wallingford, PA) - January 21, 2021 Unfortunately the first mailing of the ornament by PersonalizationMall was lost by USPS but they mailed me a new one and credited the shipping. Even though I received it much after Xmas I do love the product and will happily hang it on next years tree, God willing.

Adorable! Bought this as a gift for friends that just became grandparents. They loved it! Only gave it 4 stars because it’s a bit tricky trying to get the picture in the right spot so that the hole on top doesn’t interfere with the picture.
