Make sure you have no one near the bottom of your photo. If you preview the photo on the ornament, the white snow at the bottom does not appear and covers of the face if you have any one at the bottom of your photo. I contacted the company and they would not do anything about it. they said it wasn’t their fault. There is another child on the lap of person at bottom. The preview did not show the white snow background behind the lettering. My suggestion is use Shutterfly.!

The approved imaged was not the same as the product, part of the head was cut off on the ornament.
They always do a good job, but this time was not the case.

This ornament did not turn out like the website one. There is no pink around the edges and the hole punch was not centered. I’ve purchased many things from you and I’m very dissatisfied.

The writing I ordered is moved up and you can’t read it, I can’t believe they would send it to me like this. Totally unreadable

It was huge, heavy and clunky. Not as expected

I uploaded a high resolution image. Since this product has text overlaid, it reduced the quality of the image by ALOT. I would not recommend.

My product came scratched up! When I reached out to customer service they failed to provide a solution and responded by telling me it was in perfect conditions... better customer service would be nice. Also better checked and packaged items.

I bought this ornament for my daughter's first christmas. The picture came out nice, but I was under the impression the ornament was going to have a gloss, or shine to it. Instead it feels rough like a rock and it looks gritty.
