Beautiful, beautiful! Even after a lot of positive reviews, I was skeptical about the quality of this product since it has a faster turnaround time and a great price. Man, I was wrong. The ornament looks beautiful. The photo on the ornament was very clear, exactly as the preview that you see on the order confirmation. Packaging was good and secure. Super happy with the purchase. This will go on our tree every year to remember our baby’s first Christmas.

Delivery service was terrible The product was fine but the delivery service OSM WAS TERRIBLE. I ordered the product on 12/5 snd didn’t get it until 12/21. I ordered other things on 12/10 abd got them on 12/15. U needed this by 12/19. It was in osm location i Glendale heights for 3 days. I could have picked it up but they never answered my call or emails
