Great product - Great customer service!! When I first received my ornament, one side was slightly off centered. I contacted them and they could not have been nicer and more helpful! I received my new one right away and it was perfect! In today's world, I really value and appreciate companies that put the customer first and stand behind their work!

My great granddaughter The ornament of my Great Granddaughter's 1st Christmas came out as perfect as the one displayed. I absolutely love it, and am certain her Mommy & Daddy will also. Every ornament I've ordered, all for Christmas gifts did not disappoint. They are reasonably priced and although might take a bit longer if you were rushed, so don't order late, do it now, like I did and you'll have them well before Christmas. Mine took about 3 weeks, maybe longer from ordering to delivery, but order early if you'll need them sooner.

Pleased with the Product I was very pleased with the product that was shipped. It is very durable and the packaging was more than I expected. Great customer service My first order had the ribbon hole positioned right in my granddaughter's eye and some of the colors did not turn out as planned. However, as soon as I provided my feedback, they quickly corrected the issues and sent me a whole new order. I love them and will definitely order again.
