However, the first time I received it, the hole was punched off center so it hung crooked, and the writing on each side didn't line up with each other. I called right away, and they immediately redid it, and I got a replacement back very promptly which is now correct.

A Very Special Gift Ornament By Shopper (Vestal, NY) - October 10, 2020 This is the first time I've ordered the glossy porcelain ornament. I've purchased several of the matte finish ones which are lovely and I am very happy with this one as well. The photos are sharp and the colors are true. I like that one can use two photos-one on one side and a different one on the other. Although smaller than the matte-finish ornaments, the size is ample. I like that one can personalize the ornament. Mine is meant to be a gift commemorating a special occasion and I was able to convey this with the printed message. I can't wait for the recipient to see this! It comes with a velvet pouch and a hanging ribbon. I inserted and tied the ribbon before sending the gift because I feel it could be easily missed in the pouch if one doesn't realize that it comes with a ribbon. This time I also ordered the gift box to assemble myself. It is economical and easy to do and the elasticized black "ribbon" is a nice touch. I will be ordering more of these!

Christmas Treasure This is the second time I have ordered this ornament as a gift/momento. It is such a good quality. The photos colors are sharp and true. The size of the ornament and the matte finish make it really something special. I ordered this as a gift. I love the pouch it comes with and the hanging ribbon, which I took it upon myself to insert and tie as it could be easily missed if someone was not careful opening it. I also ordered the gift box this time, which is really classy with the black elasticized "ribbon". I will be ordering more of these ornaments!

Beautiful I ordered this for my daughter and her husband for Christmas. They have a new member of the family and this was perfect. It was two sided so I was able to put all the details of the baby’s birth on it. They absolutely loved it!

Family Christmas Ornament Absolutely love this ornament. When it arrived I notice the image was not great so I contacted customer service and they had me send in photo of it. Within a day they replied they were issuing a replacement. Replacement arrived within a couple of days and it’s perfect. Love it. I plan on ordering one every year!
