The baby's first Christmas ornaments that I ordered turned out so nice. I order them just 5 days before Christmas and they arrived in time. I don't know how they pulled that off so quickly but kudos to Personalization Mall!

We ordered 4 ornaments and they came in blurry. I was dreading reaching out to customer service because often times that can be such a pain. However, Personalization Mall made it so simple. The new ones came in much better! They even rush shipped our order so that it would arrive before Christmas Eve and did not charge us anything extra. I truly appreciate how they made that such a minor inconvenience. I will definitely continue shopping with them in the future.
