We ordered this ornament to celebrate our grandson’s 1st Christmas! PersonalizationMall did not disappoint! They mailed the complete order in a timely fashion. The ornament was wrapped in bubble wrap for added protection. It came with a velvet bag, and a ribbon. The ornament itself was very nice. The uploaded photo they used came out very clear, and all personalization was correct. A very happy customer!

As my niece gets older, it's tough to find a gift that is affordable, easy to mail, and will be "cool" (lol). This 2 sided ornament was perfect to go along with a gift card. The packaging is awesome, the pics look great, and the ornament "feels more expensive" than it was. I have bought several of these this xmas for two nephews and a group of college roommates (including my son).
