Personalized photo ornaments Love these ornaments!! I usually put Christmas pic of the year on one side & the biggest event of the year on the other side! Beautiful keepsake for my grandkids! & I enjoy recalling the memories each year we place on the tree! I now get for friends & my nieces..first Christmas with their BF, engagement pic & eventually wedding pic! So glad the photos in the ads are better now..i told them it use to make it look cheaply made which it’s definitely not! It’s a nice ceramic solid ornament!

Lovely! Last night, while putting the finishing touches on the Christmas tree in his just-moved-into (literally) first home, my son said: "Oh, no - we have no ornaments for the new baby!" I smiled & said, "Yes, you do." He will be well-pleased when he opens this perfect ornament and has baby's big brother hang it from the tree later today, Christmas Eve.

Excellent product and service I ordered two personalized ornaments and am very pleased with both the craftsmanship and speedy delivery! They both are beautiful and will def make their recipients happy. It also has a pretty felt pouch to store it in and I bought the gift box as well.

Quality Product Poor Problem Resolution I have been a customer with PM for years now. Never a return, never a complaint. Always a quality product. This year I ordered 4 of these ornaments. Again Product itself great quality. Two were absolutely Perfect. The other 2, 1 problem. When placing the back photo on this front and back set, the hole in the ornament went through my sons eye. Customer Service agreed this was unclear in the preview, (looked like it was through cheek which was ok with me). Had it have been clear to see how disturbing it looked I would have made changes. When I called I was given a number for resolution. I did not ask for credit or refund, I asked if the back photo could be reset on 1 new ornament as the front was great. Instead I have a credit, and was told I should have seen the issue in the preview, and with time running out I was told to re-order with the credit issued use another photo. My hope was that they would reproduce one of the 2 of this set of ornaments just re-setting the back photo. That is all I wanted so that I could give the 1 ornament to my son for Christmas. I cant use another picture as this is the best for the years gift theme. This is a great company to buy from. You should correct this issue so that it doesn't happen to others and cause you to lose customers and customer faith.
