This is the 2nd time I have ordered this for someone who has lost someone very dear for them and each time the recipients have been so appreciative and loved it. The quality has been great and the personalization makes it so much more special than just a wind chime!!

My request was a bit unusual as 2 sisters passed together and I was able to personalize it with both names. I thought it would be a little tricky but it came out exactly as I designed it. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and I also was pleasantly surprised at the caring people I spoke with on the phone when I called asking about delivery. It was received on exactly the day it needed to be there and my sister was very touched by the sentiment.

These wind chimes are very nice. I ordered them as a gift for someone. The only reason I gave it a 4 rating is because I feel like the strings that hold it all together should be a little heavier (thicker). Otherwise, they are very nice wind chimes.

I bought this for my husband who has a special connection to wind chimes through his mother who has now passed away. For that reason, the message on the front is fitting. The personalization is what I did not like. All fields are required and her name on the back is in cursive. The font is not adjustable and it displays really small so it’s hard to read the name. I would not purchase this again for that reason. The chimes are a nice size for the price though.
