Outstanding Service and Product This company has the best customer service I have ever had. The rainbow suncatcher fell from my window and broke a few beads. I called customer service asking to buy two replacement beads. After sending a picture of the broken item, they sent me a new rainbow suncatcher. The rainbow suncatcher is amazing, on a sunny day you can see between 8 - 10 rainbows.

So Pretty The product is very beautiful and a wonderful keepsake to make. Everyone I gave one to seemed very happy with it. I will say this picture does make it out to be bigger then it is before you have seen it jn person. Once you see it the picture no longer seems off. The circle part can fit into a young child's hand. Great product, a little pricey but still so much cheaper then funeral home options so I am happy.
