The sun catcher was very pretty, but I was very disappointed in the size, it was so small that it was very hard to read the Engraving. For the price, I felt it was not worth what I paid

This was a gift for my sister who lost her husband. While the crystals were very pretty the disc which was engraved was very thin and quite frankly looked cheap as did the chain and hook. This is the first thing I have ordered that I was disappointed with. The disc also had some sort of sticky stuff on it as well as a few small scratches. I was able to wipe off the sticky stuff and the scratches are not that noticeable unless looking at it at an angle. But for the price it did not seem equal to the quality. I have bought similar suncatchers with sentiments on them for less than $10 which were better quality than this. But pay more for the personalization I guess. My sister liked it however.

I am a little disappointed after receiving this gift. It is beautiful except the packaging quality is very poor. It was just placed loosely in a bag so the personalized portion of this is, the thin silver medallion is scratched.. Maybe you can figure out a way to protect this better in shipping.

This came out beautifully made but somehow the size eluded me when ordering online. It is very, very small.

I ordered this as a gift for my aunt and although it is beautiful it came in with the wrong crystals. I wanted the rainbow crystals as it goes with the saying and they gave me the green and blue. I checked my order and I did order correctly so someone made this incorrectly .very disappointed

I ordered two of these for deceased mothers of friends. I was pleased with the ability to personalize the engraved message with enough space. However, the size and quality is disappointing. For the price, I expected it to be more substantial.

Very disappointed in how small this item is upon receiving this. For the price I paid,it should be bigger. This is a gift for my mom whose dog recently passed away and I’m disappointed to give it to her but it is already engraved so I cannot return.

The photo does not do these justice. I ordered three, two I kept in honor of my parents and the third as a gift. Will purchase again in the future for others.
