I received this item and after opening it to inspect it on 12/19/22, I learned that the lid would not seat properly on the cup, it just sat loosely. If you would attempt to drink from it, the lid would just fall off. Keep in mind this is a travel mug.
I attempted to call customer service at Personalization Mall on 12/19/22, only to find out there would be a 30-minute wait to lodge my concern. I didn’t have the luxury to wait 30 minutes. Therefore, I emailed them at service@personalizationmall.com , only to be ignored. I followed up with another call on 12/20/22 during business hours, only to be told via a recording, that they were closed and the only way to reach them was via email at service@personalizationmall.com. I was not given the option to leave a voicemail. Therefore, I “replied all” from my original email that I sent on 12/19/22, which still not been answered. Today is 12/22/22 and neither one of my emails has been responded to.
I’ve been put in the position to find a last-minute option for my friend's Christmas gift this year. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the product, but more so the lack of response from Personalization Mall.
I have ordered other items from them and didn’t have a problem with the quality of those items; however, this is the first time I’ve had to ATTEMPT to contact their customer service. Sadly to say, it has been very challenging and unsatisfactory at best.
