Greenery Welcome Doormat I love my doormat!! Just like I pictured it. However,. the rug itself is not attached to the rubber backing that I also paid for. It is (2) two separate pieces Not sure why they are not all one piece.

Gift to new homeowners Have ordered several personalized mats for gifts. This time my order took exceptionally long to process. Ordered on the 10th, shipped on the 24th & received on the 1st, as a result I missed the closing date of their new house & I was disappointed with the time frame. When delivered, the box was all ripped & crushed. Fortunately it did not damage the mat

Doormat So far love the mat...it is perfect size for outside our front door to greet visitors with our personalization and the colors match our door and greenery wreath well....only downside is the rubber under mat has two areas along border that don't rest flat on ground they curve upward...maybe in time it wil settle flat...time will tell.

Welcome Personalized Mat Excellent appearance. Wish there were multiple sizes with a simplier frame mat. I had to order without the frame mat due to size. I worry the rug will not last as long due to this. For now though it is excellent!

Just started enjoying By Shopper (East Bend, NC) - November 4, 2021 We are just starting to enjoy our new mat. There were some black specs on part of it, I'm guessing that is from it being rolled up. There isn't as much cushion as our previous mat, which is the reason for not being 5 stars. If it had more cushion it would definitely be 5 stars.

Love the welcome mat I received the mat and insert 4 years ago. The new insert i just purchased fits the rubber mat perfectly. Love the new look. The old insert had faded and was wearing out.

Personalize Doormat I order a personalize doormat for my close friend’s new business. I was pleasantly surprised how easy, quick and great it turned out. I ordered a few more products and I wish it all came together but the items ship separately which I was not aware of. But other than that, great place to order customize items.

Love it but By Shopper (Anthem, AZ) - July 21, 2019 I bought the over sized mat with the rubber holder. The rubber holder is absolutely worth very penny. I highly recommend buying the additional mat. The only reason I don’t totally love the mat is the thickness. I’m concerned about the longevity of the mat. The mat is beautiful the design is so perfect and the personalization is awesome!!! I would recommend this as a gift to grandparents for sure!

Best Delivery time Ever! This company has the fastest product turn around time compared to anyone else. And they get it right. I ordered the optional black outdoor mat. The insert mat does not sit inside it perfectly. I worry about tripping and dirt collection because the insert is about 1" smaller overall than the larger black mat.

 Fades when used outside!!I purchased 5 of these last Christmas (2022) as gifts for my adult kids. The ones that were placed outdoors have since faded terribly! I carefully chose colors that matched their homes, and now, for example, the blue is purple, the black is gray and the green is somehow pinkish. They were high quality as far as durability, but the colors were not intended for rain/snow or sunshine outdoors. The 2 that were placed inside a mudroom or hallway still look great. BUT, BUYER BEWARE!

Nice By Shopper (WINTER Springs, FL) - December 19, 2021 We received this last year as a Christmas gift and it's pretty worn out, there's four of us and three dogs. I wouldn't recommend for a busy family to use. However, I bought one for a young couple and their apartment. They love it.

Font issue The door mat is adorable and I would love to give it as a gift, however after two attempts to correct the font that is not lining up I have to find something else. The “A” in Ash isn’t lined up. I am not sure if the quality control departments standards meet up to mine. Thank you anyway.

Nice Didnt realize the mat is not actually attached to the black part it just sits in their. Paid for expedite shipping and it came days after the date it was supposed to arrive. They did refund the extra shipping cost after I kept calling to find out the tracking status which never was updated.. horrible shipping experience
