I was somewhat disappointed when I received this, especially for the price. The rubber tray is of good quality and I like that it has drain holes so that it doesn’t hold water - however, the personalized mat could be of better quality. It is fairly lightweight and the texture feels very cheap. I would guess the lettering will not take long before it is worn out and disappears. It is pretty but I think quality is definitely lacking for this personalized mat.

I ordered 2 of these types of doormats from PersonalizationMall and they both looked horrible within months of being outside in the spring and summer. The mat’s designs completely smeared and you can’t even read them. Do not buy if you intend to use outside. For reference, I live in Ohio so these were ruined in 70s/80s degree temperatures

I ordered 7 of these door mats with the black mat underneath for Christmas presents last year. I loved them and so did everyone who received them. They were beautiful! After a couple months they faded terribly and the top layer started pealing off. They looked horrible. None of the recipients told me how bad they were but when I visited their homes I could see how they were worn. Most were under covered porches and 2 were indoors and still looked terrible. These were not inexpensive!

I was excited for the item to come but once it got here and opened it, the item looks real cheap. The black border has a kink in it so it doesn't sit right but maybe this will once its been outside for awhile but over all disappointed in the item

Background Color Quickly Faded to mauve color

It was less than six months and the background color quickly faded to an ugly, mauve-ish, reddish color. I wish that I had taken a photo for you BEFORE I threw it into the trash. : (
