My mugs came exactly like I expected

I got this for my co-workers and was very happy with how the mugs turned out. They were shipped within 2 days, as promised. One of the nine I ordered was broken on arrival, and when I called about it, the rep offered to have the replacement sent fedex overnight so that it would arrive in time for Christmas! Talk about great customer service. Will definitely buy again.
