Seems like the name was hot ironed on and packed right away, not giving the name time to settle and dry.(it would've been nice if it was engraved) I got it on sale, very cute, perfect size. Just wanted other customer to know. It's worth the buy.

I was looking for a better quality on the personalizing since this was for my grandson's 1st Christmas. Other than that, I loved the bear himself.
