This ornament was exactly as previewed. Fast shipping too. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this company and would recommend it 100%!

This will be my best friends first Christmas in a new state and since I always give her ornaments this was perfect. And as usual the quality is top notch.

I am a realtor and I give these home sweet home ornaments to my buyer clients each year. I really like them because I can personalize with their new home address and put my name on the back.
I wish you still offered the larger size ornament -- I believe 3.75. I liked those better. It made for a better presentation. Also, I believe you should include a pouch with each ornament (included in the price). You used to do that.

I liked the way it turned out. The ornament was a little smaller than imagined, so the writing is very tiny

I have ordered these or similar ornaments every year for a few years and have always been pleased. They are never truly on sale as advertised but the price feels fair anyway. In previous years, each came with a 'velvet' style bag. I am happy with the purchase and I think they make nice gifts, but I deduct a 'star' from my review for the disappointment of no bag - and the misrepresentation of 'x-amount off' 'sale' ... The ornaments are pretty and were delivered quickly. I have always been pleased with products from this company.

I love this ornament! It looks exactly as pictured on the front but the personalized back is a little small and doesn’t show as well as I thought it might. It will be a special ornament for my children.

Nice ornament. The writing on it is pretty clear.

While I absolutely love the ornament, I was disappointed with how the writing on the back appears. The white on the red looks blurry. It is not as sharp as the writing on the front

These are great ornaments for a great price, I love that you can customize it and make it special for a loved one who just bought a home or maybe if you work in Real Estate to give to clients. I recently ordered 5 of these, and 3 were defective. I'm glad I sent them to my address first, otherwise they would have received defective ornaments. I would say this is a great Christmas gift, just send to yourself first to prevent them from receiving an ornament that is not in the best quality. Even though my ornaments were defective, customer service was great and they had me send them photos and are replacing my ornaments asap. So at least you can find comfort that you can get a replacement if any of them are damaged. Overall, nice gift and an affordable price.

I placed this order to have gift boxes with the ornament and have not received the boxes. I can not call in and my emails take 2 days just to get a response. The ornament was exactly what I ordered and looked good.

If you were more responsive I would have provided a better rating. Everyone makes mistakes but not being able to reach someone will send me to another website for my gifting needs. Which is large as I own a real estate company and this is part of our program.

Also note if I am reviewing this product I am going to review how I got it and how the service is. Please do not try and separate service and product they go hand in hand.

I have ordered these ornaments for several years now. This year I was very disappointed that my customized text was off center, crooked and fuzzy writing.
Last year I had this problem with one of the ornaments and was told I could send it back however the replacement would come after Christmas...even though we were weeks away from Christmas. Disappointed.....
