When I received the package, I opened with scissors and cut the velvet bag that it’s stored iin. I called customer service immediately and wish I had rep’s name bc she was amazing! Sent me out a new bag immediately! I’ll only use your company now.

This is for my son who just moved. Hard to figure out what to give a 50 yr old single man and then I saw this. Graphics and printing are sharp, nicely done and yet simple also good size. I have ordered these or similar ornaments every year for a few years and have always been pleased. They are never truly on sale as advertised but the price feels fair anyway. In previous years, each came with a 'velvet' style bag. I am happy with the purchase and I think they make nice gifts, but I deduct a 'star' from my review for the disappointment of no bag - and the misrepresentation of 'x-amount off' 'sale' ... The ornaments are pretty and were delivered quickly. I have always been pleased with products from this company.
