Nice idea, but they zoomed further than the order I placed. If you order, zoom out more than you want maybe they will get it right. I made the mistake of putting exactly where I wanted it an in reality should have zoomed out because my photos on the ornaments I ordered seem too big for the ornaments.

The picture on the front came out beautifully. However, the back side which should have had “Mr. & Mrs. Dolbear 11.10.18” had the names of a second grade class. Presumably, the back of an ornament intended for a teacher was on our first married Christmas ornament. My husband thought it was hilarious and insisted we keep the ornament, I would have preferred to return it and have it fixed.

Wasn’t completely impressed. The photo looked fine in the preview, but grainy in person.

I appreciate the re-do, but the color is still off. The photo I submitted did not have the dark spots on my dad's face.

The first ornament was to dark, the replacement was too light with lines through the picture. I was pleased with the quick response time but the outcome of the replacement was better but not the best. Maybe I should have ordered glossy finish rather than matte finish. It’s a special gift for someone special so I had high hopes for good results. The other 4 ornaments I ordered turned out great. Was very happy with them.

This item looks a little like a grade school decoupage art project. Definitely not my favorite item purchased from Personalization Mall!

I was thoroughly disappointed when I received my ornament. It was supposed to be a gift for friends of mine who just married. The ornament picture was from their wedding and your company punched the string hole right through his face. No where in your ad does it show placement of hole. When I tried calling you are no longer accepting customer phone calls. Way to go!!!

You punched the ornament string hole smack dab in the middle of grooms face. Very unhappy with product
