I ordered 2 items for Christmas gifts. They was made and shipped out never got delivered. I called the company they remade the order and sent it out. When I received it, they where broken. I called the company again they replaced both in time for Christmas. They will definitely be my go to company for any personalized gifts.

they were absolutely perfect and beautiful!!! Not only were they perfect they unfortunately did have to be remade at no fault of personalization mall. The shipping company lost them for over 2 weeks and when i contacted the shipping company they ignored me. But I contacted personalization mall and they remade them immediately and had them to me in 2 days.

My husband passed away just before Christmas. I wanted to have a reminder of him as I decorated the Christmas tree. I used the phrase, "His wings were ready, but my heart was not" during his services. His favorite color was maroon. This ornament embodied both of those things. It was perfect. I was comforted by the ornament on the tree as it reminded me of fun Christmases past. The ornament is well- crafted and professionally carved. It has clean lines. It's sturdy.
