Upon the sudden loss of our mother this year, my siblings and I are still reeling for the aftershock. When I ordered the Wings Ornament, I did not know what I should expect to receive. What I received was a well crafted piece of workmanship. I am so happy that I ordered an ornament for each of my siblings. It will be something we can cherish for years to come.

After a bit of frustration over shipping I received 3 of these and I am very pleased. Ordered them as gift for my sisters in law who had lost their mom just last year. Also one for my daughter who lost her grandma at the same time. Loved the velvet pouch each one came in too??

The ornament came in earlier than expected and it was beautiful it is a memorial for my father and was a perfect addition to my tree.

I was excited when I finally received my package only to discover it was snapped in half. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to speak to a live agent however, I emailed customer service and without hesitation a replacement was sent out the same day. Now that’s amazing customer service.
