Excellent quality wood. Exactly what I wanted. My husband passed away 12-15-17. Decorating the Christmas tree was a favorite thing for him and our daughter. Now, he will always be there to help decorate.

I was extremely happy with the 2 ornaments I received!!! They were gifts for employees who lost someone very close to each of them this year. It was exactly as pictured and expected and they teared up when they opened it!!! This was my first order from personalization mall and I don think it will be my last!!! I recently lost my grandma on November 2nd 2019, and I was scrolling through Facebook one day and saw this, I immediately knew my dad would like this, I always decorate a Christmas tree downstairs ontop of the one in the living room upstairs, so this was going on the tree downstairs as my dad had already bought something for my grandma to go on the tree upstairs, either way it was really nice :)

First Christmas with out a loved one is hard. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my mother, her life long partner passed unexpectedly in July and I know she is missing him deeply. I can’t wait to give this to her, I know she will love wit and cherish it always. She will probably leave it out all year.

I love my ornament and I cant wait to put it on my tree. The one thing I dont care for is the ribbon that goes on it is really a bit too big to go through the hole. We had to use a paperclip to help it push through, but no other "complaints".

The item was everything I expected and more. It arrived in a timely manner. I’m sure it would have been here faster if it wasn’t for the time of the year. It looks so beautiful on my tree that imma order another one to hang in my car. I even ordered 2 more for my friends. Great job.
