The photo was a label and was applied just a little crookedly -- enough to note immediately, so that detracted from the appearance. No way to remove it and reposition it.

This would have been a beautiful gift but it comes without a cover so it feels a bit incomplete. If I knew I would have ordered the next size jar witch DOES come with a cover.

this is a nice scented candle but a little smaller than I was expecting so the picture doesn't look as good.

The candle looks great and I love how great the picture quality is. It was also delivered very quickly. The only negative is that the scent of the candle is not what I was expecting and once the candle is lit I fear it's not going to put out a lot of scent.

Thought this would look better in person. The paper quality was dull.

I was surprised to see that the picture was just a sticker placed on the outside of the candle, not covered or protected for longevity. Also I chose cinnamon spice because I thought that would be a pretty safe choice but it smells nothing like that. Actually it smells like cheap perfume. The top is just a piece of cheap plastic. This definitely is a good gift idea but it needs an upgrade.

The picture was fuzzy and unprofessional. When I called to let them know,there was a big production to get it resolved. Wouldn’t recommend this item

The candles were not up to the Personalization standards. The photo appeared to be glued on. I could have done that myself. Not worth the price!

It arrived broken and you could not replace it until August.. very disappointing

I'm very disappointed on the candle jar I purchased for family as a Xmas gift.Besides having it personalized,the candle has absolutely no scent once lit.
