Ordered these custom dish towels for family & friends - each with family name. Tw quality is great. Absolutely love them!!

I bought 2 hand towels which were packaged separately, and mailed together in a bag. Fed Ex managed to partially Rip open the bag. The bag this towel was in also Ripped & towel Stained w/ black.
** I CONTACTED PM, sent pics, and they IMMEDIATELY printed & sent me a New one.

It’s not absorbent, it’s so large. It’s awkward item, not a towel, almost like an apron with out the part that slips over your head, not at all what I was hoping for.
