The personalized ornaments were perfectly designed to honor our son. Jeff was a 14 year Veteran who lost his battle with PTSD through alcoholism. The stars & stripes design on the teardrop are perfect. We purchased several for family and especially his children. They love them! So do we!! Thsnk you!

I wanted something to represent our Veterans to place in my raffle basket, so when I saw this teardrop, I knew that was what I needed. When I received the finished product, it was beautifully done, just like the photo. Delivery was extremely prompt, as well. This is the second time I have ordered something from Personalization Mall and I am sold. If ever I need another gift personalized, this is where I'll go. Someone is going to be very happy to receive this basket!

Beautiful piece very heavy and good quality . Lost Husband who served 23 years in Marine Corp, Was very unexpected loss of him overnight. So this Teardrop is on a wreath that I place in honor of him at VA cemetery.

The design and ordering process were great, but wish it would have come assembled (came with a ribbon to hang from a tree or ornament stand, but was creased from folding and required assembly, whereas previous purchases were already assembled). Full birth and death dates would also be nice .
