The cup arrived as expected. Nicely packed and the picture was what I expected. Great quality.

I was amazed at the ease of ordering/uploading a picture and design. The mug--for my niece's hubby--is beautiful. The picture looks as good as the original and the message is clear and large. Great job once again. I bought the Happy Camper metal mugs and they are spectacular as well.
