The picture came out perfectly and so did the poem that I sent them to add to it.

I got a mug made for my grandmother of a image of her son. He past away as a child and for her 60th birthday, I thought I would make her gift special. She loved it, she cried and everything down to the pictures and words that were on the mug. The mug was very smooth, picture was clear and writing was very good. I would recommend to others if they want to make something special to use this website. I have never been disappointed in anything I have brought from here and everyone likes it because it is personal. There is no coincidence that this website is called PERSONALIZATION MALL!
