These mugs turned out so much better than I expected. They are awesome! 5 Stars! We chose a picture for the front and nothing for the back side. I would encourage you to put a name, quote or something on the back. Although it does looks fine without. These mugs look far more beautiful and expensive looking than the price! Beautiful, good weight, & top quality graphic printing. Worth every penny!

I wish I could upgrade this review based on my past purchases at PM.Much to their credit, every comment on every order remains so high above bar there are no compliments left. The website makes it easy for an old, non-techie like me to navigate a design. On my first order, their rep actually created my gift over the phone. Purchases arrive in tip top shape and beautifully packaged. Even with ordering on the weekend my items were created and delivered to me within 3-5 days. I cannot praise PM any more.

I love this personalized coffee mug! The picture turned out great and looks so good. My only complaint is a small one....I would change the spacing of the message on the back just a tad....but no reason not to shop with this company again!

I love the mugs! The pictures came out darker than what I sent to my daughter. Santa got cut out of the picture, but that I'm sure was my fault. I'll try again some time with a lighter picture and also one where the people aren't quite so spread out.

My friend sent me a picture of her newborn grand baby, and I used that picture to create a coffee mug gift. I was able to use to picture, his name and birthdate on the mug. It was a unique gift and she loved it!

The mug was certainly a hit with my wife. The image came out a little blurrier than I would have liked, but this was probably due to the original quality of the image. Overall, great buying experience. Good communication from seller. Liked all the options on their site.

I purchased this for a Christmas gift for my daughter in law. She has become a very special person in our family. Hopefully this will help tell her that everyday. The only reason 4 stars is I wish the message was larger font.
