I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the image is a little close to the handle and one(6 ordered) came slightly damaged where a small piece of the image was missing. I wish they were moved slightly further away spacing wise. Also if you are ordering a bunch of these as gifts, don't order the gift boxes the mugs all come at least in my case in individual boxes that you can wrap and those are fine. Also the coco they sell as an add on is tiny! It will make maybe a single cup, it looks like the huge bag they sell in the store, in the photo, but it's a super tiny sample size.

The photo and personalization came out great, but it's much smaller than your average coffee mug.

I love the products and the picture and the writing came out perfect the only thing is I wish it was a bigger size. I would send a photo but I already wrapped it up for Christmas.

I love the pic but I thought it was on both sides of the mug but def will be making a great gift

The picture they created on the mug came in with very very red skin on the grandkids They did remake it after my call & the picture was better but not great. However….They’re customer service was wonderful

I finally received the cup. The cup was beautiful. And I appreciate all the help and getting the cup resent because I never did receive the first cup it said it was delivered by FedEx. I appreciate all the accommodations that was made to me.

I'm not a coffee drinker so I wasn't real familiar with sizes etc. I wish I'd ordered a larger cup. But the workmanship is superb. And the shipping was great, on time and in tact.

The picture was clear and the colors were great. I wish there were more options for the print (font & size). But it is the perfect way to start the day.

A little dark but still very nice

I was very pleased with the large mug and photo. Great value. My only regret was that the photo wasn't on both sides.

I ordered 3 different coffee cups for Christmas and the pictures are clear however on one of the cups the picture was not positioned correctly so it cut off the top of the picture a little. Still very cute.

This is going to be a gift of an important memory shared with someone special. The color is a little less vibrant than I expected, but for its purpose, will do fine. The size of the cup is good and it’s nice to be able to write a message or notation on the other side.

One arrived broken. Other than that quality was good. Cup are a little small for me but are probably “normal size”.

Would have preferred the photo and name be reversed on the mug. The setup is for a left handed person. Quality is very good

I was delighted with the personalized cup of my eight-year old grandson's black and white ink landscape drawing printed on a white mug. It was to be a special gift to his mother, but as it arrived after Mother's Day I will keep it for myself as a Grandmother's Day present! I ordered another for her with another drawing. :)

I would've given five stars if the photo had wrapped around the mug more. The back is blank because for some reason, I wasn't able to submit the words I wanted, even though it was less than the maximum letters allowed.

The photo work on the cups was well done. I'll ask the recipient later to see how they hold up. If good, I'll most likely order some more in the future.

Purchased this coffee mug with our family picture and put a quote on it (Family, where life begins and love never ends!) and gave one to each of my children, my husband, and one for myself so we all have the same family mug. It was a Christmas gift and everyone loved it. Only wish I had gotten a larger size mug, but it was a perfect gift for us all.
