Nice job with photo on coffee mug. Would have preferred that it wrap around entire cup, though.

Currently, we are finishing the latest book in the Little Paul Book Series, so I thought I would try PersonalizationMall.com out. I am pretty impressed. My only reservation is that one color doesn’t properly reflect the tone I was using. Skin tones can be difficult especially on a cartoon, so overall I would strongly consider using PersonalizationMall.com if we move forward with more Promo mugs for Little Paul and Samson.

I love the mug...My son's name on back is to little..All that blank space his name could of been bigger that disappointed me

The picture came out darker than the original but it a nice mug.

Good price, but photo was a little blurry, even though it was a professional photo that was uploaded. It wasn’t very expensive so I think it’s fair for what I paid.

my older father loved his RV and historic truck so I put them on his morning cup so he could always enjoy them

The cup is a nice coffee or hot cocoa mug. Nice weight, easily cleanable. The picture comes out beautiful, as personalization mall always does a magnificent job on photo reproduction work.
The only negative I can offer here is that their logo is permanently placed on the bottom of the cup, so watch that if you're giving it as a gift item! Meaning they can go right to the place and find out how much you might have paid for the gift. On that note, place them in your own kitchen or office and everyone will love them!

I needed this product in a hurry and I am grateful to the seller for delivering this on time. Cup is good in terms of its quality. I would have loved to have more space for writing instead of just six lines. Overall, nothing is there to complain.

I either missed or forgot to add text, so it is ok

The mug itself was nice however the photo was stretched out so it appeared almost comical.

The coffee mug was alot smaller than I expected a the picture came out really dark. The picture I sent was good quality an bright. Was disappointed

I wanted a personalized mug because it means more. What I did not realize is that the handle would face to the left when the photo was put on the mug. I did not understand this when I looked at the summary, because there was a thumbnail image and an arrow on a semi circle. It looked as if the design would be on the other side of the mug, which would have made it easier to see if you are holding in your right hand. They should have expressed this in writing rather than with an arrow.

Smaller than an average mug. I ordered mugs in past and they were much bigger.

I was a little disappointed that the picture I submitted was on the opposite side of how a right handed person would see it when holding the mug. The writing was on the side a right handed person would hold and see. It would have been better to have the picture where you could see it while drinking out of the mug.

The coffee cup was a gift. The mug is nice overall but the display shows the picture will wrap around the mug, which would have been so cool!

Loved the quality of photo print. However I thought wraparound meant that photo would be on front & back of mug not just on side facing out.

Really nice cup, but after one wash the picture started chipping off like it’s been used for months.

The photo is blurry… and so is the text.

With the picture being stretched to fit, it just doesn't look as nice. If you only have 1 or 2 person for the stretch, it'll be fine. Nothing more than that though. It's ok, but I wish I could have seen how it would look on the cup before I ordered.

I like the cup and the quality. The picture was also very well printed.
The only thing I dint like was, the picture did not even cover half the cup. It was just 1/4th of the cup and a huge white area.

Was alittle disappointed in this cup. Picture wasn’t even centered. Was told picture of oils wrap around the cup and it was only on one side towards the bottom.

I’m not sure if it was the photo I sent, but the faces are an orange color. My photo didn’t appear to look orange.

I kept trying to reload picture and it still did the pictures sideways on all of my mugs. User error probably, but they were right on my phone.

I thoroughly loved my coffee cup. The image was great and I loved the feature where you can control the contrast and I wonder how you can control the spacing for the text? I'm sure there must be a way.

Overall good for the SALE price $7 but if more then not worth it.

The photo was not crystal clear. The colors seem muted and the image did not have a vibrancy or reflect attractive flesh colors. We have used Personalization Mall frequently in the past and been very satisfied. This is the first time we have not liked the image on the coffee mug

There’s a white dot on my son in the photo which is very noticeable & makes the product look cheap. In addition, part of the wording has a green shadow around it. Not the quality I had expected.

The photo was backwards on the Mug side and was not able to rotate and or add any script

1st time this company has disappointed me. I must have read wrong. The cup is tiny and the photo of my grandson & Papa's Golden Doodle doesn't wrap around the cup. It just stops and the rest of the cup is white. This was a present for Paps but it looks too cheap. Sad.

Was very pleased with the whole process and resulting product.

The picture turned out great, but 2 of the words I had put on are different than the rest of the writing, as though the writing smeared. Very disappointing because it can't be given as a gift now.

This was the 1st time I've done anything like this on-line! I was scared of how the product was going to turn out... I had a learning curve of how to make the photo wrap around the mug... but as I said it was my 1st time...*All-in-all* I think it will be well received... Once I received the cup I was disappointed that the pic wasn't flip the correct way, so I toss the cup in the trash.

I was excited to have these made for my husband and two sisters in law for Christmas but was disappointed when I received the product. The quality of the mug is fine but my photo was grainy and dark and the text was also grainy and a bit small. I will not be giving these to them.

Buyer should be aware that the capacity of the mug (in my case 11 0z) measure to the lip of the mug and allows very little excess. The photo on the mug was wonderful.

I'm shopping around for reasonably priced mugs to add original art to. I wanted to see how this style of mug would turn out, since other products I have received from PM came out really well.

Not this time. I'll let the picture do most of the talking. The artwork I added actually came out pale on the mug (this photo makes the color look nicer than it actually is), there does not seem to be a "wrap around" feature for art on this site for mugs (?), and I wanted a black mug. That typically means black on the outside... The handle and the inside of the mug are fine, but the the rest of it? I'll keep shopping for a custom mug go-to.
