When I placed the order I did not realize that the photo would be on one side of the mug. When I have ordered similar mugs from other companies the photo wrapped around the mug

Came with the photo on an angle. I have called as well as emailed and no one has even attempted to do anything for me. But I do get spam messages from them almost daily.

I was very excited about this cup, and it was a special present for a painter.
The design was placed too big and too high so it doesn't look good at all.
As a present for a visual artist, I got very embarrassed to give him this present.
I wish someone would put a little more thought into it when printing the cup...

They say this will wrap around the mug, it is only on one side and it seems to be on the wrong side if you are a right handed person, very disappointed in this mug, would not recommend

My review is on the status of the item not the quality. It arrived broken and I am awaiting response from customer service to get a replacement.

It is a very nice item and the other coffee mugs I received in the same order were great

I was really disappointed in how the picture mug turned out. Most people are right handed but they put the picture on so you have to hold the mug with your left hand to see it while using it. Also I thought it would wrap around the mug like the names mugs I got but they don't. It is only on one side.

I used a black-and-white picture for the mug it turned out at 10 and green it was a disaster

First time ever disappointed with a product here. Mug small and cheap looking. Photo on back half of mug so user never sees it. Quality of photo is fine but you don’t see it
