This custom designed mug came out BEAUTIFUL. The recipient of this gift was ecstatic.

We recently lost our kitty of 17 years and wanted a remberance of her. We ordered two family photo mugs to have a daily reminder of her. The quality and price were both outstanding and my order arrived much earlier than expected. We used the family photo mug as gifts for our marching band instructors and volunteers. They turned out great as we had one side for the logo and one side to personalize it. I purchased four of these coffee mugs to encourage 1) my sister after my brother-in-law died and 2) my two nieces and nephew. They were perfect. The photos were of good quality and very clear. The messages were just as I wrote them.

Everything that I have ordered from this company, has been great! That only complaint, is when I ordered the pictures in canvas, was spelled wrong! They were Christmas presents! I had @ instead of and! My daughter in law, fixed them! I know it was my fault for not spelling it correctly, but I wished someone would of seen my mistake, The pictures turned out great! The family, has them on their wall! Just wanted you to know, that anybody can make a mistake, but if, something is spelled wrong, it could of been fixed! I still love this company!

The mug looks amazing and is a great size for coffee in the morning which is why I bought it for my bf for his birthday. The handle is very comfortable and all 4 fingers fit through nicely without being squashed or too small like other mugs I've had. Highly recommend!!!
