Everything I expected I lost my wife to cancer a couple of months ago. I had a mug made up with her picture on one side and reminder to me on the other. This way I can still have coffee with her memory every day.
The mug is not cheaply made.

The company was so nice so apologetic and are replacing it ASAP.
The mug is for a family member visiting from another country. It has a picture of our whole family on it in her name in the back.
I was a little disappointed when I opened it but after talking to a rep from the company, they were so nice and made it right.
I hope when people items that this company packages them a lot better
