This was a perfect image of what I sent. This gift brought tears to my sons. This was their favorite picture of their Dad who passed away on Easter.

My uncle loved it which was most important. My only regret was that I didn’t have time to do personalized Xmas cards. Hopefully next year

And just one negative, the shipping charges I feel are too much. It was about the same charge as the actual mug.

I ordered this for my son's father-in-law on the birth of our grand daughter, their first, this year. It was beautiful. There is an option to have something written on the mug as well as the picture. I did not do that, but I wish I had. It would have only made the gift even more lovely.

So cute! Wish the photo didn’t come out a perfect rectangle on the mug or wish maybe had some accent markings, designs, etc but otherwise it’s perfect. Seems very well made.
