 Nothing Like A Cup Full Of Smiles! By Shopper (Henrico, VA) - January 25, 2025 The recipient was delighted with his gift and stated "They (Personalization Mall) really did a good job with this!", which I agree they did. The only reason I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the picture was darkened from the original which I assume is due to their process; otherwise it was a job well done.
The mug itself is of quality weight and appeal, the personalization font is perfect, the custom mug cardboard gift box is perfect for wrapping and the care taken in packaging for shipment to me should not be overlooked.
I would definitely purchase this product again while keeping in mind the picture may come out slightly darkened from its original. (Perhaps an item note could be added to the site to alert customers of such possibility.)

This last gift order of 3 mugs were were to be shipped to another address, hundreds of miles away, it was shipped to my home address.

Coffee mug Coffee mug looks great and very personable. The only thing I’m a bit disappointed with the engraving of his name on the back looked to be Miss spelled because the letters were to close together I should’ve used lowercase letters for this one. Otherwise I loved it, I actually bought several others for family members but I didn’t have that problem with the other coffee mugs. Great Gifts!

Photo placement on the cup. Most people are right handed. You only allow the photo to be placed on side of the cup, so in my case I cannot see the photo while drinking my coffee. Offer a choice as to which side of the cup the photo can be placed. Canvasdiscount allows this choice.
