Bought this frame for my sister’s new baby boy. It is perfect! It contains all the information they wanted regarding his birth. The frame is quality made and the order arrived quickly.

Received the frame yesterday. Two thoughts, one, it was MUCH bigger than I expected for a 4x6 frame, It had white scratch marks over a large portion of the frame. However, Customer service was EXCELLENT, I called and sent a photo of the damage and they immediately ordered a new one to arrive by Mother's day since this was a gift. I just did not realize it was so big but that's on me. My advice, make sure you know he dimensions of the frame (not that it fits a 4x6 photo) before you order.

Good product but comparing this picture frame with the others I purchased before I don't like the color and the finishing coat.

Great gift idea for new parents. The printing is a tad fuzzy thus the 4 star rating, but happy with my purchase. Also, I had to reach out to customer service and they were great to work with.

The Frame was ok, but lettering on it was lighter than I thought it would be. I’ve bought other baby frames on your site that were much better quality.

Although there is nothing wrong with the frame or how it’s printed I was disappointed because I did not match the other three I have on the wall with my grandchildren’s pictures. I did call and was told that they had to switch manufacturers and that it was stated so somewhere on the site. However I didn’t read this because when I found it I was so excited I would get a matching one to my other three I just ordered. It is sufficient and close enough but very disappointed it’s different.

I've ordered at least 9 of these frames over the past 7 years and have referred numerous friends to this site after they've seen the frames I have on the wall of my grandchildren. I placed an order of this frame for my new grandson using the link from my last order and the link immediately took me to this frame - there was NO verbiage about the frame being different from my previous order, so I put in all the birth details and ordered my frame with confidence. The frame is totally different from my prior frames and I am not pleased at all. If, when I went to the link of my prior order, it had mentioned anything about the product changes, I would have searched for another product.

I have ordered many things from Personalization Mall and have been very happy with the items I have ordered in the past. Unfortunately, probably because of the holiday rush, items may have bypassed Quality Control? My order was very disappointing. The date is partially cut off and the name on top is right at the top edge unlike the preview page. I have attached a picture of the preview page next to the actual item I received.
