The quality is amazing, the colors are bright and vibrant. The order came faster than expected. This purchase exceeded my expectations. I will be definitely ordering again very son.

Loved it!

I really wanted to love these glasses. The first set I ordered (White and Burgundy), showed up a really ugly brown. I sent a message to customer service, and asked if they could make new ones, and if it was an error and the wrong color was printed, or maybe the dye needed replaced in the machine. Customer service was great and sent out a new set, but with no explanation as to what happened. It would have been nice to know what caused the error in case I wanted to order these again in the future. The new ones they sent out were definitely more burgundy than brown, but still not as bright and crisp as the picture shows. The white borders around the words and the ball, were really thin, and not as bold looking as the picture. I had all the kids names put on the other side, and they are hard to read. It looks amazing in the photo, but that's not what it looked like in person. The basketball coaches really liked them, but I would be hesitant to order these again.

These are awesome and are an awesome price.

I ordered 4 of these glasses to go with our football coaches end of season gifts. They arrived in about a week and were packaged very well! (I was afraid of them getting cracked during shipping) They all arrived in perfect condition and very good quality! I’ve bought gifts before with lettering from Cricut machines and they always peeled off... the letting on these cups I know will NOT come off. Very satisfied with this order! Coaches loved them!!

I ordered 4 16oz pint glasses that were personalized for our daughter’s hockey coaches. The quality of the glasses are wonderful and the personalization turned out great. The personalizations were better than I expected them to be. I figured they’d be a thin print but they are glossy and raised. Very pleased overall!

The font and feel of the lettering is great. The colors were a bit off. I really wanted Navy blue like the photo preview, but it is more like Royal blue. I was a bit disappointed because those are not our team colors.

I ordered four glasses for coach gifts and paid extra for rush shipping. The glasses arrived as promised and were very well received. I would have liked to have a third color available, or to have the option of not having the "o" in coach be a ball. As it is now, the baseball looks odd with black stitching. If I had chosen white stitching then the coach's name would have also been in white and it did not look as good as in black. These are relatively minor comments - I would consider buying here again.
