Perfect with fantastic customer service By Shopper (Little Chute, WI) - December 24, 2024 Received frame very quickly. Unfortunately, the etching was not centered. I contacted customer support, sent a picture of the product, they contacted me the same day informing they would be sending a replacement. They sent it out the same day. That was Friday, December 20. Received the new frame on Monday, December 23, during the busiest of shipping days. The frame was perfect!! Would definitely order from here again.
