Love them. Ordered 2 frames. Opened the box and they were so nice. The engraving was perfect. Frame material was the perfect wood grain color goes with any decor. Looks way more expensive than what I paid. Came quicker than expected. No problems ordering. Would definitely recommend I did not include photo with my order

He wanted a guitar like his Dad & Uncle so we called Grandpa. Grandpa passed away suddenly in 2023. It took awhile to find this picture I had taken. I want him to always remember his Grandpa and his first guitar.

I love everything about this frame!

Loved the photo frames to customize. We took our entire family on a trip and had the state and year engraved as a gift. I love that you can customize the items with fonts and other items. I ordered 5 frames as gifts, and they were delivered within the week, via FedEx. I would highly recommend ordering from them. I am very happy with the quality, customization, and shipping.

This was my first time using Things Remembered's personalization tool. It was a breeze, and the frame is as beautiful in person as it appeared on the screen when I previewed it. I can't wait to give this gift. I know the grandmother-to-be will love it.

Personalization Mall Rocks! The web site is simple to navigate. It was easy to personalize my frames, which made special gifts that my husband loved! The minor difficulty. Was selecting a frame from the large selection! Both frames were well made and looked great engraved. Getting favorite photos off the phone and into a classy frame where they can be enjoyed is the way to go! Thanks PM.

Received frame very quickly. Unfortunately, the etching was not centered. I contacted customer support, sent a picture of the product, they contacted me the same day informing they would be sending a replacement. They sent it out the same day. That was Friday, December 20. Received the new frame on Monday, December 23, during the busiest of shipping days. The frame was perfect!! Would definitely order from here again.
