Received frame very quickly. Unfortunately, the etching was not centered. I contacted customer support, sent a picture of the product, they contacted me the same day informing they would be sending a replacement. They sent it out the same day. That was Friday, December 20. Received the new frame on Monday, December 23, during the busiest of shipping days. The frame was perfect!! Would definitely order from here again.

I received my item quickly and the quality is very good. My only complaint is that I had to cut glass for the frame. The frame comes with a thin plastic film instead. But all things considered, I would definitely order from here again.
