for the price, I was satisfied, the front of the frame as far as color and the script I had chosen all came out fantastic, the downfalls for me personally is that the frame is not the color you choose all the way around, it is stark/shiny white (like cheap plastic) and vastly contrasted with the deep dark wood-grained color that I chose that was only on the very front (not the sides, top/bottom, or back of the frame) The biggest downfall of all is that the photo part came with just a plastic piece instead of glass. I would have been okay with the plastic instead of the glass if it were clear/clean plastic but one side of it had a hazy sheen (purposefully) which made the picture once added a bit blurry. Good product overall, but fell short in these areas. I would have preferred paying a little more for a more 'complete' product.

Arrived super fast, no errors, great quality, as always.

I don't like the all white frame with the all white backing. It doesn't go with most decor and is blinding white. Also, the front of the frame is now matte and not glossy, which is another change PM made that I don't care for. The choice of fonts to use could also be larger. I have purchased several items from PM before and loved all of them. Please go back to the black frames and gloss exterior.

I ordered three custom picture frames that were gray striped. When I received the order the frames were brown plaid? I emailed customer service with no response so then I called. I spoke with someone that had me email photos to show the difference (which is obviously very apparent) and she said that someone would email me back within 48 hours. That was a week ago. I have sent multiple emails to them once again with no response. You are taking a gamble if you purchase something from this site.
